I agree with Mihai, there seems to be lot repeat negativity going on; is it really real or BS.

With people like Ramneet and Alex writing several times even when they have responses from 4XP customer reps – which shows they care to take the time to respond on a forum.

They also many nice reviews.
I so far no complaints, and there are many many worse out there.

I’ve been with 4XP for 6 months now. Deposit process seemed easy at the beginning, until I was in a bad position approaching a margin call and I tried to deposit more money into my account. Deposit failed, although I used a debit card that was working fine…
Never tried to withdraw, I was too bad of a trader for that, kept donating everything I earned to other traders.

Bonuses are very good, interface MT4 is good, lagging and execution time is the worst I have ever seen. Forget about trading news or gaps with them, you can’t get in or out of a trade in those times. And of you try, you’ll probably get in 30-40 pips over your price when they actually honor your order.
You may also loose connection at peak times, don’t know if it’s intentional or just bad servers…

Customer service is acceptable, but they don’t answer right away to emails.

what DOES bother me is that this forum looks like a pissing contest between fake posts. i bet that bad reviews are likely to be competitors as well as the positive being completely fabricated.

but, so far so good. people seem to be talking about withdrawals alot – made 2 small withdrawals so far, the first took about 11 days, the second took 2 days.

I think i will not read any more online… you just can’t know if shit’s real these days.

I’m very disappointed with your customer service, I was made to undergo a very rude behavior by your representative from Bangalore named Kala, she had called me earlier to explain the plan, and back then, I had clearly stated that I would have to compare deals before deciding on which company to use for foreign exchange trading, she hung-up on me twice while talking and would interrupt every time on a conversation, basically, she never seemed to listen or display patience! As soon as she knew that I was not a prospective customer, she hung-up on me.

Is this the way you treat prospects? Thank god I didn’t open an account with you guys, as god only knows how you would have treated me after taking my money!

Besides, can you guys not arrange for soft skills training for all such employees who are engaged in front line sales? At least they would know more on how to treat educated, and professional customers.

Since you are not quite conversant with 4xp statements and their implied meanings, you are confused. For your convenience , I have provided the meanings for various words and phrases they use: You won’t find them in any dictionary, though.
1.’ Thanks for your quick response’ : We never expected you to ask for your money so soon. We are shocked.
2. Decided to delete your trades: we are used to traders losing money. we dont encourage guys making profits. Accordingly, your trades are deleted.
3. Result of arbitrage: Result of arbitrary decision vested with 4xp.
4. This will suffice: No more arguments. Shut all your nine holes and keep quiet.
5. Trying to solve: Trying the client’s patience.
6. Going an extra mile : This happens when you ask for your money when they go an extra mile in the opposite direction. If you persist, they will cover more miles.
7. Accounts Manager: Accounts Damager.

is this a non dealing desk platform???any ideas.
tend to get scared when market makers give to many bonuses coz history has proven all those that keep giving never lived to tell where the models have failed.
hoping some1 could explain these negative thoughts and make us better understand the good standing they are in.

What is the problem in closing my account and returning my money? They wanted my bank statement to prove that I have deposited from my account. When I provide it, they say the statement can be edited! It is a record, verifiable with bank. Your ‘ country head-operations’ wanted bank statement with bank seal and signature! OK- I had procured that also and communicated to him. Total silence to my communication and no response to my phone calls.
I am now convinced that 4xp will never return my hard earned money.
But, I want to ensure that this should not happen to future aspirants.
I shall continue to post in blogs and may even write an article in Newspapers for public awareness on 4xp functions.

I was scammed by 4xp.com ( Forex Place ).
I had a bad experience with 4xp.com. I was trading with them about three months and made a good profit. After that I got e-mail from 4xp.com.
It says : “Thanks for your quick response. We have decided to delete your trades as a result of arbitrage. I hope that this will suffice.“
I asked them to explain what they mean under “result of arbitrage“ but they did not reply. I traded just one currency pair most of the time. Now I can see that 4xp.com do not like if someone can get profit. My profit was about $ 3200 and they decided to delete those money.

Does it sound logical that I leave my money in your account, not responding to your several emails but only busy in posting blogs?
Does it make any sense? Fact is, I have not received any mail. Definitely not from you.
The issue is still not resolved and they modify their requirement each time I fulfill them. I have sent the bank statements and they inform that I could have edited the statement.
I am sorry Hayden, Your silence could have been much better than your response.
The taste of the pudding is in the eating…. I have not got my money back… several emails to my inbox is infructuous.

Not only that we’ve received your email with the attached documents, and not only that we’ve gone the extra mile in order to assist you with your problem, we’ve sent you several emails getting zero reply from you.
So, not only that your claim as if we’re not “answering your emails” isn’t accurate, it’s actually the other way around…

The thing is that we’re actually busy trying to solve your problem and give you the best customer service, as you deserve – and that surely can’t be achieved through cleverly written posts in a forum, now can it?
Sadly while we’re doing that, On the other hand you are quite busy trying to make us look bad even though many of your claims aren’t quite accurate, to put it mildly.

4xp , without any doubt, is a fraud and scam company. I had been a client in their trading platform and lost my money because of their unethical means of trading. It is true that the connection goes off if the trade goes against us. If you want to close your trade in profit, the closure will not be allowed and you receive messages like ” wait” , Order under process. your order is with the dealer, time out, and all such stupid messages. If you ask for withdrawal, you will get into other problems like your account being disabled, silence on your complaints, and withdrawal not honored. I had lost my money in both counts- By their trading against their clients and getting my account disabled when I closed my account. I am prepared to prove this to any aspirant trader, who is careful to open the account. I shall despatch all my emails and their responses! Short and sweet: Stay off from 4xp, lest you lose all your money and dreams.

Signing up in 4xp is easy, funding is fun, and there ends your trading dream. 4xp is scam company, accepts your money by all possible ways of depositing, and trades against you when you start. When you withdraw your money, your realtime trouble starts where you get only excuses instead of money. I had an account with them and my withdrwal is still pending more than 25 days. One Mr.Hamilton regularly appears in these forums, advertising actions for customer services; My representations to him also have gone in vain. If this is not true, I invite Mr.Hamilton to reply this thread with the positive actions he has taken on this issue, instead of giving lame excuses. Aspirant traders from India, beware of 4xp India ( CMO AXIS) and stay off !

Lucky you asked before you fell into this. Stay off from 4xp… there is easy way to lose your hard earned money than joining 4xp… There is no need to break your head whether you will be successful trader or not… with 4xp you are already lost, and your money will be safe with them.. that is, you will not get it yourself…. I was; an account holder and when I asked for withdrawal, my account was disabled, and my money is not returned, with flimsy excuses.
If you think of forex scam, 4xp will dominate your thoughts.

4xp is a scam company which will gladly accept your deposit and subsequent payments, but will shut its doors if asked for withdrawals. stupid excuses and deliberate delays are the hallmark of this company. If you want to lose money without even trading, join 4xp. If you get the opportunity to trade, you will find that they will trade against you! you cannot execute a trade to your advantage and you will encounter “wait / order under process/time out/no connection/your order with your dealer/ etc… till such time you lose your advantage. If you still make money, you will not get if you try to withdraw. Stay off from 4xp and find out a recognised and approved trading company.

4xp is fake or genune

i started demo a/c of 4xp, i want to know how genune is this company will there be any problem of returning of money which we have deposit.
they started in india also,did any one withdrawal the amount yet

They are the best. My account manager Oren phones my regularly and to hear if i need anything. Connection problem are few and very short. I never had to withdraw yet. I’m to stupid to make money. LOL.

I am Bela. I try new broker called 4XP. I have been with this broker for 2 month now. Great service, good spreads and a good bonus on my deposit. No complaint so far.

I would like to share with you my experience with 4xp (forex place). I have been trading with them for around 3 months now. They have good spreads and I like trading with MT4 software. My account manager Allan has been very helpful, the only thing is the live chat on their site sometimes does not work or takes a long time to connect. I feel like my money is safe with them and to me that is the most important,

still i had not began trading i am just observing it. but strange thing is that they do not accept the transaction of icici & axis bank…why?l and why there r only 2 days to withdrawls?

This is a novice trader, just began the journey of this Forex world. I have chosen 4xp.com as my broker. Well, to be honest, I started reading these reviews after I had already deposited an amount of $500.00 into their account. Now, I mean, I am really confused. Some reviews are exceptionally beautiful, providing rosy pictures of earning money like hell… and some other reviews are like, woof! Beware! If you enter, you will perish.

Sigh!

This is really a peculiar situation. My account hasn’t opened yet, and they are asking my credit card number now. I think, I will ask for a withdrawal as I really don’t know what to expect.

SCAM!!! Beware, not to get this robbers to deal!

Currently I am busy whith a demo account .So far no problem and I can’t rate the funding and withdrawal yet.

This is a SCAM company. All I can say is that stay away from it. The other reviews on this page look fake reviews by the 4XP guys. Their platform shows fake prices and steals from traders. When your trade goes against you, you lose the connection.

This is a great new meta trader 4 operator IMHO.
I was able to manage all my strategies without any problem. And their daily analysts seem to be providing good guidelines. All in all this looks like a new fair forex platform that may be a good fit for forex experts and novice investors alike.

But they don’t promote openly the $3500 bonus…
It’s for bigger traders I guess…but this company is generous – which is a plus.
