Has anyone had problems with the profiles loading when your operating system is Vista? I get a code error and then it closes down MetaTrader.

Hi Kim,

You need to decrease the number of candlesticks on your MT4 platform. It is loading too many candles and your computer can not handle it. Decrease it to 5000 candles on the charts and history.

I use Vista Ultimate in my laptop and Vista Home Premium in my desktop and both work excellent to run Forexoma profiles.
The only thing that I have to rework is to change the color of Bollinger bands, which is by default set by Vahid with grey color. To be more contrast (with the platform's white background) and easier to see on my screen, I change it to blue color.

Best regards,
Rids.

Hi Rids,

I know that the Bollinger Bands we have on the charts doesn't have a suitable color, but I had to make is so light to help the lines I plot on the chart to be shown better. Bollinger Bands are just something on the background.

I adjusted the charts and history to 5000 and it still crashes MetaTrader when I load the profile. It's not a huge deal but would be nice to have it, any other thoughts Vahid?

Hi Kim,

One more test: After copying the profiles to your MT4 profiles folder, open one of the profiles folders and then delete all the chart files but one. Then run MT4 and load that profile. If it works with one chart and doesn't crash, it means your computer can not handle so many chart. I have already seen this problem and in most cases it was the computer that could not handle the charts. Unfortunately Vista take a lot of memory and makes the computer so slow and disabled.
