Hi Vahid, and everyone!

Thanks for setting up this forum and for sharing your insight and experience. It is refreshing to see some Forex info without the "slick" marketing hype that is seen on so many other Forex programs.

My name is Beau, im from Melbourne, Australia, and I am a complete newbie to Forex.

I know that this may be a hard question to answer, but what is the minimum that a person can start to trade Forex with? Im not looking for big returns every month. I would like to focus on learning over earning, and gaining experience and getting a handle on greed, and fear.

I also have aspirations to be able to earn money to be able to funnel it into community ventures and social programs globally, as there is a lot of need for that worldwide.

But first, the basics!

What is the minimum amount of money that someone can trade with, to start off with?

Thanks in advance, and thanks for all your time and energy that you have put into the site!

Cheers mate!

Beau

Hi Sunpost!

Thanks for replying!

100 is not much at all. But how much more is needed to support that 100 dollar trade? I know this is basic stuff, and I will learn it, im just getting peoples opinions, after having over-read too many slick Forex scams sites out there.

Cheers mate!

Beau

it is actually quite simple. keep the amount you are willing to risk really low per trade. Vahid pretty much sums it up in the article below. Just substitute the amount of your trading acount in the examples...
Money Management Is the Critical Part of Forex Trading
