Hello all.

Looking at my charts for Friday 14th May, I see that there is no data for between about 18:10 and 19:20 (FXPro time). This means that the 18:00 H1 Candle is only about 10 minutes long and there are missing candles in the smaller time-frames.
I have right clicked and refreshed the charts, but it does nothing.
Does everyone have this missing data with FXPro?

Possibly not that important, just seems strange to me. I wasn't at my computer at this time and I wonder if FXPro stopped trading for this 1 hour and 10 minute period.

Just had a quick look GBPJPY seems to have data missing from 17:10 on the M5 chart. Alpari is fine for the same chart.

At least you know it's not just your feed.

Yes. It's missing from my demo too but it's OK on the real account. Probably a demo server error.

This does happen occasionally. The problem is that indicators are calculated based on previous candles and if those candles are incomplete or missing, the indicators will be innacurate. In this case though, it only really affects the smaller time-frames though.
Strange that this is restricted to the demo chart though.

FxPro demo server was down for a few hours I think. But the live server was ok. That gap is because of the server failure during that time.
