Forexoma October and November 2009 Performance

Performance report is something demanding in this business, maybe because it is one of the easiest ways that represents the quality of a buy/sell signal service (and of course it is also one of the best ways to cheat people). People can not resist when they see a website claims making 2000 pips per month or something like what I have seen recently that reported 3099 pips per week in average, which is 12396 pips per month. These numbers can intrigue someone even like me who has been working in this industry for a while and have been scammed by these rip-off artists so many times.

Before I give you the October and November performance report, I’d like to tell you a little about different money making methods.

When it comes to “making money”, internet is the best place. No matter what the economic situation is. Someone who knows how to make money through the internet, makes money under any condition. On the Forex market, price goes up and down based on the psychological situation of the market. When people think that a currency value goes up, they buy that currency against the other currencies and when there is a lot of demand to buy something, its price goes higher and higher. In contrast, when people think that a currency loses its value, they sell it against the other currencies. So Forex market volatility is the result of people decisions and actions and the foundation of these decisions and actions is two things: Fear and Greed

People decide based on their fear and greed. When they have more fear than greed, they sell. When greed is the dominant emotion, people buy. So fear and greed cause people to act.

You can make people greedy or fearful and make money through it. Let me give you an example. In the past few weeks, many of the media have been talking about “flu” and its risks, pains, fever and the potential mortality that it can have. They also emphasize that flu epidemy is on the way, it has already affected so many countries, it has already killed hundreds of people and you must get ready to face it. They have made a monster from flu in peoples’ mind. Why? The answer is simple. It makes money for them. Just take a look at the statistics and see how much money the pharmaceutical and vaccine producing companies have made since the flu news has become one of the hottest news of the season. It is not only the pharmaceutical and vaccine companies that have made billions of dollars. The companies that produce sanitizers and sanitizing wipes, tissues, pain relief and… are making so much money too. But, is flu such a fatal disease really? If you want to know the truth, just ask an honest physician (not a physician who also acts like the media), or a virologist and he will tell you that there is nothing to worry. People have become afraid of flu and they are spending time and money to stay at the safe side.

It is the same with greed. You can make people greedy and become a multi-millionaire. This is what the scams that you have to know and avoid have been and will keep on doing. And this is what the scam Forex buy/sell signals are doing. When you find a website that says you can make 12000 pips per month, your mind goes ahead of you and starts calculating automatically:

If I open a $1000 account and trade only 0.1 lot, I will have $13,000 after one month. What if I open a $10,000 account and trade one lot? Then after one month I will have $13,000. Then I can trade 13 lots for the second month and if so, my second month income will be $1,560,000. Wow! What if I work for one year? …

What will you do then? You can make so much money through having a $10,000 account, spending a few hours of your time everyday and a small monthly membership fee that you pay to the signal provider website. Does it worth to pay $200 per month and become a multi-millionaire after a short time? Of course it does. So you sign up. After a few months of paying and struggling, you give up and unsubscribe while you have already paid $600 to the scams. What if 1000 people like you join them? They make $600,000. When everybody knows that they are scams, they close the site and open another one under a different name, design and… .

Some scams make people fearful and some make people greedy. In both cases, they (scams) make a lot of money. Scams can make money because people are greedy. Scams can make money because it is easy to scare people. In fact, people lose their money to their fear and greed, not to the scams.

Now lets focus on the performance report.

As you may know, we offer four R/R strategies for each of the trade setups that we have: 1:0.75 ; 1:1 ; 1:2 and 1:3

Members can choose any of these strategies that suits their style. I personally choose a different R/R strategy for different trade setups, based on the market condition and many other factors. So my overall result is different from any of the R/R strategies individually.

According to our October trades list, by following the 1:0.75 R/R strategy and taking a 2% risk only, one could make +13% profit or +812 pips: 0.50%, 1.50%, 1.50%, 1.50%, 1.50%, 0.50%, 0.50%, 0.50%, 0.50%, 0.50%, 1.50%, -2%, 0.50%, 0.50%, 1.50%, -2%, 1.50%, -2%, 1.50%, 1.50%, 1.50%.

If our October signals have been used to trade with a 1:1 R/R strategy and taking a 2% risk only, they could have made +12% profit or +833 pips: -2%, 2%, 2%, 2%, 2%, 2%, 2%, 2%, -2%, 2%, 2%, -2%, -2%, -2%, 2%, -2%, 2%, -2%, 2%, 2%, 2%.

Note: The difference between the number of pips and profit percentage is because of the pip value difference.

On October, we also traded gold, but I did not mix its result with our Forex trading result:

1:0.75 R/R strategy and taking a 2% risk only: +3% profit or +6312 pips.
1:1 R/R strategy and taking a 2% risk only: +4% profit or +8415 pips.

So in total, our October profit through 1:0.75 R/R strategy and taking 2% risk in each trade was +16% and through 1:1 R/R strategy and taking 2% risk in each trade was also +16%.

According to our November trades list, by following the 1:0.75 R/R strategy and taking a 2% risk only, one could make +14% profit or +527 pips: -2.00%, 1.50%, 1.50%, 1.50%, 0.50%, 0.50%, 2.00%, 0.50%, 1.50%, 1.50%, 1.50%, 0.50%, 1.50%, 1.50%.

If our November signals have been used to trade with a 1:1 R/R strategy and taking a 2% risk only, they could have made +16% profit or +507 pips: -2.00%, 2.00%, 2.00%, 2.00%, 2.00%, 2.00%, -2.00%, 2.00%, 2.00%, 2.00%, 2.00%, -2.00%, 2.00%, 2.00%.

So in total, our November profit through 1:0.75 R/R strategy and taking 2% risk in each trade was +14% and through 1:1 R/R strategy and taking 2% risk in each trade was also +16%.
