Hello My Friends
The first week of the program was really hectic for us. On one hand, we were so concerned to deliver the service in the way that we had promised and at the same time we had to be careful about the forex market and our analysis and the signals and on the other hand, we had some technical issues everyday that had to be resolved as soon as possible. Replying the support tickets on time was one of the things that we had to do from the first day. We were organized enough to handle all of these things at the same time but it was too much work and stress. Now that almost all of the technical issues are resolved and also after one week of live performance of the program that taught us a lot of things - both about managing the program and analyzing and reporting the forex signals - we are on the right track and we will work better in future.
